Jacob is a licensed broker and team leader of the Jacob John Group with an outstanding 15 years of experience serving Columbia, and has now expanded to the Fort Mill/Rock Hill area. He's a Graduate of the University of South Carolina and is dedicated to providing the best expertise to all of our clients. Jacob has worked closely with our local hospitals as a real estate partner and has assisted investors with building a diverse and profitable real estate portfolio. He has listed and sold some of Columbia's premiere properties and treats every home as if it was his own.

Dave graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA in Advertising in 1994. From there, he has worked for several advertising agencies working his way up to Art Director before going into business for himself with both a small ad agency and a restaurant (SakiTumi in the Vista). His ad/marketing firm Flying Napkins has created wildly successful advertising campaigns for Palmetto State Armory, DriftJam Music Festival, Arlington Realty, Clyde Nettles Roofing and more. His restaurant, SakiTumi, has been in business for 17 years and has helped develop relationships with great people all over the state of South Carolina.
